Refund policy
Final Sale Categories
The following categories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange: Furniture, Outdoor, Rugs, Bedding, Lighting, Pillows, and Wall Decor. Sale items, live plants, and all Made to Order items are also final sale.
Live plants: Because plants are perishable and their success depends on your unique home environment, we are unable to offer returns or refunds in the event a plant does not thrive. We encourage patience during the acclimation process and are happy to offer guidance along the way.

Returnable Decor Items
Certain decor items carry a 14-day return window. These items are clearly marked on their product page. If no return callout appears on a product page, the item is final sale. To initiate a return, please contact us at shoppe@puresaltinteriors.com before the end of your 14-day window, which begins on the date of delivery.
In-Store Purchases
All decor items purchased in store are eligible for a 14-day return from the date of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused and returned in their original condition, accompanied by your original receipt and tags. Items that show signs of use or are not in their original condition will not be accepted for return.
All other final sale categories, including Furniture, Outdoor, Rugs, Bedding, Lighting, Pillows, and Wall Decor, remain final sale for in-store purchases. Sale items and Made to Order items are also final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Order Cancellations
All orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing shoppe@puresaltinteriors.com. After this window, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Back-ordered and pre-ordered items are submitted to the manufacturer after the 24-hour period. Once confirmed with the manufacturer, the order cannot be canceled or modified. We will notify you promptly of any changes to your estimated timeline and ship as soon as your item becomes available.
In-stock items are processed quickly to ensure fast turnaround. Once payment is verified and your order is submitted to our fulfillment center, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Inspecting Your Order at Delivery
We ask that all customers thoroughly inspect their items before accepting delivery and before discarding any packaging materials. Once an item is accepted and packaging is discarded, it is considered final sale and is not eligible for return, except in cases of freight damage that has been properly documented with the carrier at the time of delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at shoppe@puresaltinteriors.com within 24 hours of delivery to file a claim. We do not accept returns for damage resulting from normal wear and tear.
LTL Freight Shipments and Transit Damage
Many of our larger pieces, particularly furniture, ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. This method is standard for heavy items but involves multiple carrier transfers and open-pallet handling, which can result in minor contact during transit.
Minor surface damage
If you notice minor surface imperfections such as small dents, scuffs, or scratches upon delivery, please accept the delivery and notate the damage directly on the carrier's delivery receipt before the driver departs. Documentation with the carrier at the time of delivery is required to be eligible for any repair or refund consideration. Claims submitted without carrier documentation will not be accepted.
For documented minor damage, we evaluate each situation individually and at our discretion. Our goal is always to find the most practical and timely resolution. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer one of the following:

A partial refund to offset the cost of a local repair

Local repair coordination, in which we connect you with a trusted furniture repair professional in your area, cover the cost of the repair, and compensate for any residual lost value not to exceed 5% of the original purchase price
We find this approach allows you to enjoy your furniture sooner and avoids the delays associated with returning a large freight item.
Significant damage
If your item arrives with significant structural damage or appears materially different from what was ordered, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at shoppe@puresaltinteriors.com. Do not sign the delivery receipt.
Approved Returns
If a final sale item is approved for return as an exception, a refund will be issued as store credit minus a 15% restocking fee (25% for hardware). Items must be in original, unused, and unwashed condition and accompanied by your original Order Confirmation or Packing Slip. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
All approved furniture returns are refunded in two installments: 50% upon return approval, and the remaining 50% once the item is picked up by our fulfillment carrier.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and must be received within 30 days of delivery or in-store purchase. Approved returns may also be made in person at our Newport Beach store at no additional cost. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
Store credit carries a 36-month expiration from the date of issuance.
Shipping Delays and Pricing
Items are not eligible for return due to delays in order processing, shipping, or delivery. Estimated shipping dates and any subsequent changes are agreed to at the time of purchase. We recommend confirming timelines before ordering by emailing shoppe@puresaltinteriors.com.
Price matching: Final sale items purchased up to two weeks before a sale are eligible for a price match provided the item has not yet shipped. Final sale items purchased more than two weeks before a sale are not eligible. Returnable items are eligible for a price match if they remain within their 14-day return window.
