At Pure Salt Interiors, we take great pride in offering high-quality, custom-made home furnishings designed to fit your unique style and needs. Our made-to-order process ensures that you get exactly what you're envisioning for your space. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding our made-to-order items:
Order Confirmation
Once you place an order for a made-to-order item, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your purchase. Please review your order carefully, as this confirmation will serve as the basis for production. If any details are incorrect, please notify us immediately. There is a 24 grace period where orders can be cancelled or modified. Thereafter, orders are considered final sale.
Production Time
Each made-to-order item is carefully crafted by our skilled artisans. Production time may vary depending on the complexity of the design and the materials used. Typical lead times are between 12 to 16 weeks, though we will provide an estimated delivery date when you place your order. Please note that production time may be longer during peak seasons or due to material availability.
Changes & Cancellations
Once production has begun on your custom order, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes. If you wish to make adjustments, please do so before the order is confirmed, or within 24 hours of placing your order.
Payment Terms
A full deposit is required upon order placement for all made-to-order items. Payments can be made via credit or debit card at the time of checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times for made-to-order items will vary depending on the production time and your location. Once your order is completed, we will notify you of the shipment details, including tracking information. Please note that shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location.
