Pirch has been a trusted, luxury kitchen, bath, and appliance vendor for designers all over Southern CA. Here is a quick glance at what is currently happening:
- On March 20, Pirch abruptly halted operations at all showrooms and distribution centers
- Southern CA designers have hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of products ordered from Pirch
- Customers have not heard from Pirch regarding returns or order fulfillment
- Pirch is currently being sued by several parties for more than $5 Million in inventory and unpaid rent
- Pirch has yet to put out a statement of any kind
- Our community is taking action against Pirch through credit card chargebacks, bankruptcy attorneys, class action lawsuits, and grassroots efforts

If paid by credit card, file a chargeback with your bank
- Many card issuers let you dispute transactions by phone, mail or online. You may also be able to submit a dispute directly through your card issuer’s mobile app.
- Be prepared with copies of a receipt, invoice, contract and any communications you had with the merchant
