- Burn Time: 2-4 hours
- How to Use:
- Light the end of the incense at a slight angle with a lighter or match, and allow the flame to burn for approximately 10-15 seconds.
- Blow on the flame to extinguish. The incense should produce a glowing red ember and a tendril of smoke and will continue to burn on its own.
- Be sure to burn incense on a heatproof, non-flammable holder only.
- Burn incense in a well-ventilated room, away from flammable materials, and never leave incense burning unattended or near children, pets, or a draft.
Threshold Delivery
- Item is delivered to the first dry, accessible area (front door, porch, garage, or building lobby).
- No carrying up stairs, into rooms, or inside the home.
- No unpacking, assembly, or packaging removal.
- Customer is responsible for moving the item indoors and setting it up.
Room of Choice Delivery
- Item is delivered into the room you choose inside your home (or business).
- Includes carrying through entryways and up/down stairs as needed (where accessible).
- No assembly, installation, or packaging removal unless specifically noted.
- Customer is responsible for final setup and disposing of packaging.
White Glove Delivery
- Item is delivered into the room of your choice.
- Includes unpacking, basic assembly (if applicable), and placement where you want it.
- Packaging is removed and hauled away.
- May include light setup (e.g., attaching legs/shelves) depending on the product and service level.
