FOR FUN FRIDAY // Pillow Perfection

We have all been there before; we have this perfect idea in our head of what we want our accent pillows to look like. We imagine the pattern, color and texture. Our dream pillows arrive and somehow our vision slowly fades-what happened to that perfect combination? Nothing seems to fit together….so much for that vision of pillow perfection. There is a method that can help ease the frustration. With a few simple rules you will be well on your way to pillow perfection!

Finding the right combination and arrangement of pattern and color is very important to ensure all of your pillows stay in proportion to one another. When trying to get your patterns to look cohesive keep this one important rule in mind: “Scale and proportion.” Your goal is to have the patterns and colors work with one another.
